Refund policy

This English version is provided for your convenience; in case of any discrepancy the Polish version is legally binding.

Who refunds the money

Orders for Stan Wody e-books are handled by our online reseller Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). Paddle takes the payment and Paddle refunds the money. You can ask us or Paddle directly for a refund.

Money-back guarantee

We refund the full amount paid, without asking for a reason, if the refund request reaches us:

• by release day of the e-book – for a pre-order purchase,
• within 30 days of purchase.

Whichever of the two dates is later applies. The guarantee also covers an e-book that has already been downloaded.

Example: “Bikerafting in Poland” is released on 20 December 2026.

• bought in September 2026 – you can ask for a refund until release day,
• bought on 1 December 2026 – you can ask for a refund until 31 December 2026.

How to ask for a refund

1. Write to [email protected] from the email address used for the purchase (or include that address in your message). You don’t need to give a reason.
2. You can also ask for a refund directly from Paddle at paddle.net, using the email address from your purchase.

We order the refund without undue delay, no later than 14 days after receiving your request. The money is returned using the same payment method as the purchase. The time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Statutory right of withdrawal

Regardless of the guarantee, a consumer has the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. For digital content such as an e-book, this right expires when the buyer, with their express consent, starts downloading the file. The guarantee described above lasts longer and also applies after the file has been downloaded. It does not limit the rights you have under the law.

After a refund

After the money is refunded, the buyer loses the right to use the e-book and does not receive its future editions. Please delete the downloaded file.

Faulty file

If the file does not open, is incomplete or differs from its description, write to us and we will send a correct one. This is a complaint, covered by §9 of the Terms and Conditions.
